6/07/09. This is probably the first book I’ve read on my own accord in such a long time, at least since the new year started. It took me about 5 hours, mainly because it’s been so long since I’ve read an actual book and that I got teary-eyed every 6 pages or so.
There’s something about the tone of this story and narrator that really resonated with me. It honestly felt like I was reading bits and pieces of my own life even though the situations he went through were completely different from mine. It’s not the best book I’ve ever read, but I love it all the same.
